Best Use of Clones Ever – Weird Wednesdays

Posted on: August 11, 2010

I’ve been reading the To Aru Majutsu no Index novels recently, and while it’s a rough grind for someone who’s not quite fluent – I now know how to talk about muscular dystrophy, medieval gnosticism, quantum uncertainty, and vector mathematics in Japanese thanks to volume 3 – I’m enjoying the hell out of it.

In a recent Google sweep for more info on the series, I found this:

"Someone in this pyramid has gained weight, says Misaka with some strain."

This is so what I would do with an army of clones.

The Misaka-mori box (“Box with extra Misakas”) comes out this December from Kotobukiya, and I plan on getting it. I mean, how can I afford not to buy it?

That is awesome. I would buy this.

I’m not gonna lie, I’d pit all of myselves in a highlander style battle. There will only ever be one of me.

Ah, Toaru Majutsu no Index. While insanely good, I cannot, for the life of me, understand how did a Light Novel that makes Baccano and Durarara read like Encyclopedia Brown in comparison, get so popular.

The Anime was fairly good, but still: The crossover success this thing has baffles me. Also, if I wasn’t almost completely flat fucking broke, I would totally snatch the Misaka army.

I don’t understand the reference… sorry.
